Overview
As Front-End Software Architect at Aserta, I built a self-service B2B platform from the ground up. The goal was to automate how we acquire clients and give them a way to see financial risk without needing a degree in finance.
Challenges
- Data Overload: Handling complex financial data without overwhelming the browser or the user.
- UX Complexity: turning boring, complicated financial workflows into something intuitive.
- Speed: We had aggressive deadlines and needed to ship fast.
- Manual Labor: The old process required users to manually configure everything, which was a huge pain.
Solution
AI Integration: I designed a feature that uses AI to automatically map massive CSV files. Users just upload their messy data, and the system figures it out. No more manual configuration.
Interactive Dashboards: I built dashboards that didn't just show numbers but told a story. Clients could understand their risk profile in seconds.
Modern Stack: Built on React and TypeScript, so the code is actually maintainable and didn't turn into spaghetti as we scaled.
